Studio Policies and Terms & Conditions
We are a small boutique business with limited capacity and therefore depend to a very high degree on our appointment times being filled. Failure to “not show” for any appointment has a huge impact on us as a business, and we ask you to please respect this. This means we do require a fee to secure your photography session booking. Please note that weekend sessions are most in demand.
1. A $100 to $200 confirmation fee (depending on the promotion) holds the portrait session for the date/time agreed upon and is a deposit towards a portrait purchase.
2. Deposit Refunds: You have 72 hours after booking to change your mind about the session and get a full refund of your deposit.
3. After 72 hours, the fee will automatically be converted to studio credit voucher.
4. Any cancelled appointment automatically converts the session deposit into a studio credit voucher.
3. Any more than a 20 minute appointment “late show” is automatically rescheduled.
